Pirates of the Caribbean earns $332 million in five days

KOLKATA, MAY 31: Walt Disney Pictures' Pirates of the Caribbean: At World's End has met with an unprecedented success at the global box office over the weekend, and is poised to have the biggest worldwide opening of all time, according to Mark Zoradi, president (marketing & distribution) of Walt Disney Studios Motion Picture.
Opening in more screens (11,000 plus) and theatres (4,362) than any movie before it, the film earned around $126.5 million in the US during the weekend.

According to the international box office record, the film is on track to gross a record setting $205.5 million from 17,500 screens in 102 territories, and has already become Walt Disney's 54th release to join the $100-million club.
